Remarks

• 8 years old initial dose : 4mg / kg STAT (max 200mg / dose), Maintenance dose 2mg / kg BID (max 100mg / dose) --- Contraindicated in patients taking isotretinoin and in patients with myastenia gravis. It is recommended to use a filter or sunscreen during treatment.
• Not recommended for pregnant women or who are breastfeeding.
