Remarks

• Older than 8 years: initial dose: 4mg / kg STAT (max 200mg / dose), maintenance dose 2mg / kg BID (max 100mg / dose) --- Is contraindicated in patients receiving isotretinoin and in patients with myastenia gravis. It is recommended to use a filter or sunscreen during the treatment when going outdoors. Not recommended during breastfeeding or pregnancy
